Volume is not the same as payload
Record tray volume in cubic feet or liters and the intended load in pounds or kilograms. Damp soil may reach a weight limit before the tray looks full. Ask how the manufacturer established its rating and whether the stated capacity assumes a level route.
Keep tray material, frame construction, handle height and tire type identical on the comparison sheet. A lower price for a smaller tray or a different wheel assembly needs to remain a separate alternative.
Compare what arrives, not just the unit line
An assembled wheelbarrow and a nested shipment have different handling and labor needs. Request carton dimensions, gross weight, tools needed for assembly and a complete fastener list. Spare tires and replacement trays should have their own quantities.
A premium finish may suit a distributor presentation, while a simpler configuration may suit routine farm hauling. Share an optional budget and supplier preference so trade-offs stay visible without assuming a supplier rating.

Do I need an exact model?
No. Start with the material carried, the path surface, passage width, tray preference and approximate order quantity. We can frame unresolved dimensions as questions for factories rather than silently selecting a substitute.
Can a quote include spare parts?
Ask for a separate list covering wheels, inner tubes if applicable, bearings, axle, handles and fasteners. Compatibility belongs to the quoted model; a generic wheel diameter alone does not establish interchangeability.
What happens after I send a brief?
We review the information, clarify missing requirements and discuss sourcing options. Minimum order quantity, sample cost, payment terms and delivery dates depend on the supplier reply and are not established by the catalog.
